We stand behind Foreign Waters with a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a full refund if you're not completely satisfied.
To be eligible for a refund, please contact us at hello@foreignwaters.com within 30 days of receiving your order. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.
Important Note: We offer refunds only, not returns. You do not need to send the product back to us to receive your refund.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@foreignwaters.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items We cannot offer refunds on gift cards. All other Foreign Waters products are eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Please contact us at hello@foreignwaters.com to initiate this process.
Refunds Once you contact us about a refund, we will process your request and notify you of our decision. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
